QF152 Surveillance Camera Consent


Enhanced Lifestyles (EL) and Lifestyle Assistance and Accommodation Service (LAAS) operate security devices at their offices and some service facilities to ensure the safety of employees, Customers/Clients, guests and property at these locations. The use of camera surveillance devices will comply with the Surveillance Devices Act 2016 and as described in the accompanying Q120 – Surveillance Camera Policy, including locations, restrictions, privacy and disclosure rules.

The purpose of these camera surveillance devices is to support the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Practice Standards 2018 in guarding against violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation and discrimination and ensure a safe environment.
