LAAS is a non-for-profit organisation that is committed to providing our Clients with maximum choice and control of their service.
We have a number of opportunities currently available to join our team.
Essential to all our roles is a commitment to the principles and values of our organisation and the NDIS. All staff must ensure that our clients have choice and control of their lives and the option to manage all elements of their services.
What are we looking for?
LAAS has an excellent opportunity for a quality-minded manager to join our team and drive organisational compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
Reporting to the CEO, the Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of the quality framework to align with the Organisation’s vision, purpose, core values and strategic plan. To drive LAAS’ continued success and sustainable growth, this includes undertaking policy and procedure review, internal audits, and document development activities in support of quality and continuous improvement.
Support workers provide support both in-home and within the community to our Clients who have varied disabilities. As our Clients have unique needs, services are tailored to each individual customer. We hire across the Riverland region.
